I’m currently a bit under the weather so what I needed was my trusty smoothie filled with vitamins and antioxidants. I call this lovely drink Green Machine cuz I feel like Ironman (yes pun intended) after drinking it.
Bananas ( I usually use 1-1 1/2) you can use frozen bananas too
A handful of Spinach
Celery (optional, it makes the drink more stringy and not as pleasant but I love the taste)
some soy milk/water/ice to make it more liquidy
Blend well and bottoms up!
